Padang - Regencies and cities in West Sumatra will have the opportunity to offer their investment prospects to  60 Turkish businessmen in a business forum to be held in Jakarta from March 3 to 5, 2010.

     "The business forum will also be attended by  60 Turkish businessmen and officials of the Indonesian coordinating ministry for the economy. This will provide a golden opportunity to the regency and city administrations in West Sumatra to offer their investment prospects," Assistant for Economy and Welfare of the West Sumatra provincial administration Syafrial said here Monday.

     He said before the presentation is brought to Jakarta -- at the business forum of the Turkish businessmen --, a selection of specific potentials would be needed at each regency and city.

     Therefore he will have a coordination meeting with the regencies and cities befofe going to Jakarta to make sure of what potentials will be offered to prevent overlapping in the event.
